Welcome to StreetSent. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). 1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use StreetSent. If you are under the age of 18, you must have your parent or guardian’s permission.
2. Description of the Service
StreetSent provides AI-powered summaries and analysis of publicly available conversations occurring on Reddit's WallStreetBets (WSB) subreddit, along with tools to track stock trends and sentiment. StreetSent does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice.
3. User Accounts and Registration
To access certain features, you may need to register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Subscription Terms
StreetSent offers both free and premium features. If you subscribe to premium content:
Free trial is offered for 7 days (if available).
Monthly and annual fees apply after the trial period.
You may cancel your subscription anytime through your app store account.
All payments are processed securely via Apple or Google in-app purchases and are subject to their billing terms. Street sent may offer additional payment methods in future time.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and service marks on the app, excluding user-submitted content and third-party materials (e.g. Reddit content), are owned or licensed by StreetSent. You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our Service without express permission.You may not use Reddit’s branding, including the WSB logo, in a way that suggests endorsement. AI-generated summaries do not reproduce original Reddit content in full and are used under fair use principles, but we do not guarantee freedom from third-party claims.
6. Acceptable Use

> Use the Service to transmit misleading or unlawful information

StreetSent makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the AI-generated summaries or Reddit-derived content.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StreetSent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service.
